We review every resume that gets to us. If you seem like a good fit to the role you've applied to, we'll reach to schedule and interview and outline your next steps

INTERVIEW

The interview is designed to get to know your skill set as well as your knowlege an expereince working with clients who have an intellectual/deveopmental disability. During rthe interview you'll have an orrptunituy to ask us anythign you are wondering about HQCS and the role

DECISION & OFFER

If you're the best candidate for the role, we'll make you and offer. Once you've accepted, we'll help you finalized your start date and welcome you aboard.
