A Company Grounded in Quality Care
Harris Quality Care Services, LLC (HQCS) is a family-owned and operated
corporation that prides itself on providing the highest level of care for
individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The primary goal of Harris Quality Care Services is to provide the adults we
serve with the supports they need in order to achieve community stability.
Those supports include helping the adults we serve to acquire social and
adaptive skills needed to operate successfully in their home and in the
community in which they live.

Philosophy
Harris Quality Care Services, LLC believes that clients should be provided opportunities to give input and fully participate in their individualized person-centered plan. Supports provided by Harris Quality Care Services, LLC will focus on providing skill-building opportunities that maximize a client’s potential to excel as independently as possible based on each client’s desires. Harris Quality Care Services, LLC shall also support clients becoming valued and contributing members of the community, in which they have chosen to live. Harris Quality Care Services, LLC shall use the Support Intensity Scale (SIS) assessment to provide learning and support in helping each client adapt to what works best in supporting them to accomplish their desired outcomes and personal level of achievement.
Purpose
Harris Quality Care Services, LLC provides direct support to male adults diagnosed with developmental disabilities in an environment where client rights and personal choice are respected and based on the belief that independence and self-direction should not be sacrificed because of pre-conceived information or the client’s level of disability.
